Hawaiian Earthquake - another sign of earth changes to come?

On Monday, October 16, According to the BBC[1] “US scientists recorded the 6.3 quake at 0707 (1607 GMT) six miles (10km) south-west of the coastal town of Puako on the state's southernmost Big Island.” Fortunately no person has been reported to have been killed. The Greatest psychic of the past century, Edgar Cayce, stated in a reading on January 19, 1934 that ”'The earth will be broken up in the western portion of America. The greater portion of Japan must go into the sea. The upper portion of Europe will be changed as in the twinkling of an eye. Land will appear off the east coast of America. There will be the upheavals in the Arctic and in the Antarctic that will make for the eruption of volcanoes in the Torrid areas, and there will be shifting then of the poles - so that where there has been those of a frigid or the semi-tropical will become the more tropical, and moss and fern will grow. And these will begin in those periods in 1958 to 1998, when these will be proclaimed as the periods when His light will be seen again in the clouds.'
A poleshift is a truly rare and cataclysmic event, one that would completely devastate the planet as we know it. A catastrophic event occurred on boxing day of 2004, when the Indonesian earthquake occurred which took the lives of about 230,000 people in several different nations. The magnitude of the quake was ultimately put at 9.3 which rates 2nd in size only the Chilean quake of 1960 which was recorded as a 9.5 quake. A catastrophic event is fairly rare but a cataclysmic event is phenomenally rare, perhaps the last of which may have occurred about 71,000 years ago on Mt. Toba Sumatra when 800 cubic kilometers of ash were blown into the air.[2] According to geologist William Hutton that had apparently that had been the largest eruption in 400 million years and it had brought world wide affects. The eruption had apparently buried much of India in ash and as much as 75% of the earths plants in the northern hemisphere may have died. After 6 years of climatic cooling a thousand year ice age began. Events such as that would impact the entire globe. A darkening of the sun due to the amount of ash expelled into the atmosphere would result in shortages of vegetative growth and thus severely limit the world’s food supply. Were a poleshift to occur it would not just be a matter of the infrastructures of various nations being lost at the same time, which in itself would be a virtually unimaginable global condition but actual continental shelf and land lost. The thought of such an event staggers the imagination. Will it happen? Firstly Cayce had said “will begin in those periods from 58 to 98.” Well if we track the occurrence of earth changes from 1958 to 1998 can we see a significant increase in both earthquakes and volcanoes? Either there has been an increase in the number of earthquakes recorded or there has simply been a very significant increase in the number of earthquakes since in the last several decades.[3] In fact very curiously the last year of that 1958-98 period that the great psychic Edgar Cayce picked was in fact the year of greatest recorded activity. Basically Cayce had referred to the signs as being upheavals in the artic areas and eruptions in the torrid areas of the earth. As for the disruptions in the arctic areas are concerned, those are most evident in the melting of the polar ice-caps as well as reported geological disruption in those areas. If we consider the broad associative connection between volcanoes and earthquakes as related local disturbances in the earth’s crust then this activity, especially as witnessed in the Indonesian earthquakes in the last several years and especially in the massive 9.3 quake and Tsunami, of December 26, 2004 certainly seem to have a "Cayce like," psychic ring to it.
